Demi's girls put mum's divorce behind them at glittering Parisian ball |
Tallulah Willis put her family’s recent troubles behind her to become a fully-fledged member of high society at the weekend.
Dazzling in a black and silver Lanvin sequinned gown, the 17-year-old joined her contemporaries for Le Bal des Debutantes in the fairytale setting of Paris’s lavish Hotel de Crillon. She posed for a picture with her sisters Rumer and Scout - who were also looking stunning and happy despite their mum Demi Moore's recent marriage split. The Ghost actress, who has been firmly in the media spotlight following the announcement of her divorce from Ashton Kutcher last week, was a notable absentee. But Tallulah had parental support in the form of proud dad Bruce Willis, who swept her off for a dance. One onlooker said: “He was a little different than three years ago [when Scout was a debutante], more reserved.
“He's a dad and he wanted to be certain she felt the evening was for her,” the source added. Also celebrating her coming of age at the exclusive event was Andie MacDowell’s daughter Sarah Margaret. She had been spotted the previous day during a photoshoot with her model mum, looking glamorous as they posed on top of the Hotel de Crillon. The charity ball saw 23 young women – from actors’ daughters to aristocrats – from 13 countries debut. Proceeds from this year’s event go to the Feed Foundation, which is dedicated to fighting malnutrition in deprived children. |
